This project aims to develop a centralized and secure web platform for ALTIS, to modernize the management of requests from users and partners on its hydraulic network. Currently, these requests (pressure adjustments, valve activation, etc.) are processed manually, leading to errors, delays, and a reliance on specific experts.
The platform will enable clients and partners to submit their requests via a simple interface, track their status in real time, and receive clear feedback.
For ALTIS, it will provide tools to analyze requests, detect conflicts, and automatically transform validated decisions into instructions sent to field equipment (pumps, valves, stations), ensuring precise and secure control of the hydraulic network.
ICARE is responsible for the design and development of the platform, which includes analyzing existing processes, creating a prototype, and connecting with the system that remotely controls the hydraulic network equipment. The team ensures that the solution is secure, user-friendly, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
This first step lays the foundation for a modular and scalable infrastructure, ready to later integrate real-time network visualization or advanced decision-making tools. Ultimately, the platform will enable ALTIS to improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance transparency for users.
